Move Better, Feel Better and Live Better

-What motivates you?

“If I am the reason why people can continue working out, or I am the reason they got out of pain for the first time. When I am that missing link helping that person get back on their health and wellness journey, it feels fantastic! To be able to serve people in the community is why I chose to do what I do. It’s not a quick rich scheme.”

-If you could pass one piece of advice to a large group of people, what would that be?

“I am a big proponent of movement. Just get moving. So many people sit in front of the desc in front of their computer, in front of the TV at night. We all are on our phones too much because everything goes through it now. And it’s just… move! If running is your thing, go for it. If walking is your thing, GO. Crossfit, yoga, anything that brings movement into your life is going to help your body feel better. When we become sedentary, that’s when our aches and pains set in. My motto here is “we help you move better, feel better, and live better” because once you start moving better you feel better and in a sudden, you feel the benefits. Put in a little bit of work, and it will be worth it.”

-Give me a specific example of your “move better, feel better and live better” philosophy.

“A specific example would be a middle-aged woman who had never seen a chiropractic before. She had back pain, hip pain, knee pain. She could not work out anymore, and she was just settling. Her pain was around for years, and years, and years. After my treatment plan, we then got her on wellness care. I saw her two weeks ago for her monthly visit here. The improvement was amazing. Complete range of motion, almost no back pain, no knee pain. She’s working out 3-4 times a week, and since I saw her initially, she lost 45 pounds because she was able to start exercising again. She can golf again; she can do her activities of daily living without first having to take ibuprofen or Tylenol.”
